What does roaring mean in the Bible?

Symbolically and metaphorically, the roar of a lion or the crack of thunder shows the imminent intervention of God in human affairs(I Samuel 2:10; Isaiah 29:6; 31:4; Hosea 11:9-11; Revelation 16:18).

We believe strongly that nothing happens in life without God allowing it to happen. Roaring faith means we believe and have faith that God's intervention in our daily lives is what keeps us going.

This is why our logo is composed of a Lion and a Shield. The Lion symbolizes God's mighty power and the Shield symbolizes His grace and mercy that guards and protects us from our OWN mistakes.

We recognize that we are weak and that it is only through Him that we are strong
